At eClothing, we want you to love everything you purchase, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all price tags and labels still attached. Simply log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return shipping label. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and certain items like undergarments or clearance merchandise may be marked as final sale. If you need to request an exchange for a different size or colours, our customer support team is always available to guide you through the process!
